Cancellation & Refund Policy

You agree to be bound by the respective cancellation/refund, exchanges and return policies of SkyBall Goods and Services set out in this clause. Hence if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the terms set out below.

We do not allow refunds but in the event that you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, we shall provide one free rescheduling (only once) to another vacant slot. Please note that to avail of this rescheduling, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the time of the booking.

SkyBall reserves the right to cancel any booking transaction on the site and refund to you, the price of any branded goods and services purchased from the site even after the relevant booking order is confirmed and payment has been received by us. The conditions of full refunds (including booking fee) are as such:

• Turf booked for an event.
• Duplicate Booking done due to system error.

All Refunds will be made to your Bank A/C provided within 14 working days.
